Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. Every plan includes a white-glove pilot: an onboarding call, CSV import handled by our team, branded report templates set up before techs touch the app.
What counts as an "active" tech?
A tech who signs at least one inspection in a calendar month. Office-only admins and customer-portal viewers are always free.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes, anytime. We prorate. The 18% annual discount kicks in for the remainder of your year.
What happens if I cancel?
Your reports, audit log, asset register, and signed inspections export as a single ZIP. We hold them in read-only mode for 12 months in case you come back. No data hostage situations.
Do you bill per report?
No. Unlimited reports — OWNER, AHJ, INSURER, INTERNAL — at every tier. The pain you have today is exactly the pain we built RedTag to remove.
How does the 90-day pilot work?
Month-to-month with no card on file required for the first 30 days. After day 30, we ask for a payment method (you keep month-to-month flexibility). We refund any portion of the pilot you decide not to use.
